Ø Pressure Injection Cell 压力注射池

 

 

Pressure Injection Cell 压力注射池是一款简单实用的毛细管柱填充工具。一方面可以用于向不同内径的毛细管柱填充固相分离颗粒,也可以用于从微量离心管里直接向质谱仪加注样品。既能获得更好的LC/MS分析结果,也能节省实验费用。

 

Pressure Injection Cell 压力注射池的工作原理类似于用手在果汁盒上施加压力时果汁会从吸管流出。在注射池内腔里放置样品管,毛细管从内腔密封盖的密封环里插入到样品管里。填充前,在毛细管的远端安装一个多孔堵头,避免填充物流出毛细管。可以将压力注射池放置到磁力搅拌器上,保证样品管内的填充物均匀分布。然后将高压气瓶连接到压力注射池上,调节压力可以控制填充物进入毛细管的流速。

使用Pressure Injection Cell压力注射池向质谱仪的毛细管填充样品,可减少样品损失以及和污染接触的机会。压力注射池可以控制液体样品的填充速度和填充量,不仅可将液体样品填充到毛细管柱中,还可准确的将微量样品从微量离心管加注到质谱仪上,无需额外的转移样品,没有样品损失,不会和金属表面接触(金属表面往往会吸附带负电的分子,如带磷酸基团或羧基团的蛋白质)。一般填充毛细管柱需要几百到上千个psi的压力,加注质谱仪时需要几百个psi的压力。Next Advance的5款压力注射池有2个压力范围可选,可承受压力分别是1000psi和2500psi。


压力注射池可整体放到磁力搅拌器上,保持填充时填充物均匀分布。压力注射池的压力源来自高压氦气或氮气气瓶。压力注射池适用各种类型的样品管,包括0.5ml、1.5ml、2.0ml和微量离心管和直径12mm的玻璃管。


产品特点:
三螺栓将上盖固定在底座上,样品管高出压力腔底座,取放样品管方便;
O形圈密封底座和上盖连接处,杜绝漏气发生;
连接管路和阀都由高质量的不锈钢制成,压力腔基座和上盖都经镀镍处理;
耐受压力最高可达2500 psi,使用高压气瓶可得到高度重现性的结果,耐受1000psi和2500psi的型号可选;
包含一个三向阀,在加压和泄压之间轻松切换;
适用1—2ml微量离心管或 12×32mm的玻璃瓶;
整合了磁力搅拌功能的型号可选;
含操作手册、一个六角扳手、磁力搅拌子(PC77-MAG)、10个可重复利用的金属密封环(适合约363微米外径的毛细管,其它规格的密封环可选) 、自制毛细管柱多孔堵头所用的试剂;
